GETTING STARTED

What is the first class I attend as a new client at Pilates & Beyond?

Your first class with us is an Orientation Session. Before jumping into our regular Reformer classes, you’ll start here to get familiar with the equipment, understand our class format, and learn key breathing and posture techniques to help you get the most out of every session.

Our expert instructors will guide you through the session, providing hands-on support and personal modifications to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your Pilates journey.

Is the Orientation Session mandatory?

Yes! Our Orientation Session is designed to set you up for success. It helps you understand how our classes work and allows us to tailor your experience based on your needs and goals.

Do I need to complete an Orientation Session at each Pilates & Beyond studio I visit?

No, you only need to complete one Orientation Session. If you visit a different location, just let the new studio know, and they’ll update your account accordingly.

How long do I have to use my Intro Offer?

Your Intro Offer class pack must be used within 14 days from the date of your first session.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Avoid loose or baggy shorts for better coverage during exercises. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene—you can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. You may also want to bring a water bottle and small towel.

What is the minimum age to attend classes?

The minimum age to attend Pilates & Beyond classes is 14 years old.

BOOKING YOUR CLASSES

How do I book a class?

The easiest way to book is through our Pilates & Beyond app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can also book directly through our website.

I’m trying to book a class, but it says I haven’t met the prerequisite. What should I do?

If you’re new, you need to attend an Orientation Session before joining our regular classes. Once completed, you’ll have full access to book Reformer classes. If you’ve completed an Orientation at another location, just let us know, and we’ll update your account.

Do you offer memberships?

No memberships, no lock-in contracts! We offer flexible class pass options, so you only pay for the sessions you attend.

Can I use my class pass at different Pilates & Beyond studios?

Class passes are only valid at the location where they were purchased.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 12 hours before class, your session will be returned to your pass. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being forfeited.

I’m pregnant—are your Pilates classes suitable for me?

Yes! You can attend regular classes up until 14 weeks of pregnancy. After that, we recommend switching to our specialized Pre & Post Natal classes, available at select locations. These classes are designed to support you throughout your pregnancy journey. Reach out to your studio for details.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely! Pilates is even better with a workout buddy. Just make sure they book ahead, as our classes fill up fast.
