Pilates & Beyond members can request deletion of their app account and the personal data associated with it. Deleting an app account is separate from cancelling a studio membership, package, payment obligation or upcoming class. Please contact your studio separately if you also need help with those services.
How to request deletion
- Email hq@zainebalico.com from the email address connected to your Pilates & Beyond account.
- Use the subject line Pilates & Beyond account deletion request.
- Include your full name, registered mobile number and home studio so we can locate and verify the correct account.
- Do not send passwords, OTP codes, payment-card details or government identity documents by email.
If you do not use Gmail, send the request from any email service to hq@zainebalico.com using the subject shown above.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge the request through a monitored company channel.
- We may ask you to complete a reasonable identity-verification step before deleting any data.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize the app account and associated personal data that is not required for an ongoing service or lawful retention.
- We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If more time is legally permitted and needed, we will explain the reason.
Data that may be deleted
Depending on the services you used, this may include app-profile information, app preferences, booking and attendance information that is not subject to a retention requirement, and support data linked only to the app account.
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for taxation, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, enforcement of agreements or another lawful obligation. Retained information is restricted to the purpose that requires it and removed when that requirement ends.
Important distinction
Deleting the app account does not automatically cancel a paid membership, package, unpaid balance or future studio booking. Contact Pilates & Beyond support or your home studio if you want those services changed as well.
